Sr. Manager Supply Chain Planning

Role: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning for CAR-T manufacturing at Legend Biotech, leading materials planning, MRP processes, and inventory management to ensure continuous production and patient supply. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end MRP activities, develop inventory strategies, optimize SAP S/4HANA planning systems, lead a team of planners, and collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and logistics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage supply risks, and support system implementations like Anaplan. Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; minimum 6 years in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing roles within GMP environments. Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, analytical skills, and experience supporting complex biopharma manufacturing, ideally in cell/gene therapy or biologics. Preferred: leadership experience, familiarity with planning platforms such as SAP APO, Anaplan; certifications like CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma.
