Sr. Manager, Supplier Quality, R&D Quality Assurance

Role: Senior Manager, Supplier Quality within Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs, leading global supplier management to ensure high-quality, compliant components for eye care products. Responsibilities: develop and execute supplier qualification strategies, oversee supplier audits and CAPAs, monitor supplier performance, lead cross-functional collaborations with Sourcing, Regulatory, and Operations, and ensure adherence to GxP and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years relevant experience, 5+ years of leadership, with experience in regulated industries like medical devices preferred. High-Value: focus on supplier evaluation, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a regulated medical device environment. Work setup: Onsite in Lake Forest, CA, Fort Worth, TX, or Johns Creek, GA, with up to 10% travel.
