Role: Senior Manager, Supplier Quality within Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs, leading global supplier management to ensure high-quality components and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: develop supplier evaluation strategies, oversee qualification, monitor performance, manage CAPAs, lead supplier audits, mentor quality personnel, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Regulatory, Operations). Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years relevant experience, 5+ years leadership, working knowledge of GxP, with at least 5 years in regulated industries like medical devices. Preferred: experience in medical device or regulated sectors.
