Sr. Manager, Supplier Performance Management

Role: Senior Manager, Supplier Performance Management, overseeing supplier performance, contract SLAs, KPIs, cost reductions, and business continuity at Alcon's Johns Creek manufacturing site. Responsibilities include developing supplier management plans, driving strategic initiatives for cost savings and supplier diversification, utilizing data analytics for trend identification, and supporting budgeting and project management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years relevant experience with at least 5 years in leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience managing direct materials like chemicals and packaging. Preferred qualifications involve strong relationship-building, negotiation, scenario modeling, and proficiency with SAP, Power BI, Alteryx, and Excel. High-value specifics include focus on chemicals and packaging, manufacturing environment, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement and manufacturing teams. Work setup: Onsite with up to 10% travel; Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST.
