Job Overview
Sitting within the Strategy & Transformation organization within Supply Chain & Operations, this role leads strategic planning and portfolio strategy for a global orthopedic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead franchise and portfolio strategy development activities; deliver long-range portfolio plans (LRPP).
- Understand critical portfolio changes and their implications for profitability and cash flow.
- Drive process integration and handoffs for LRFP, LRPP, Strategic Capacity Management, and IBP.
- Bridge Supply Chain, Commercial Marketing, Commercial Finance, Platform Leadership, and external stakeholders to gather inputs and align priorities.
- Develop/present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Ensure global-to-regional alignment so priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
- Support annual strategic planning, operating plan, and budget cycles for assigned franchises.
- Track performance vs. strategic objectives and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in related discipline.
- 8–10 years progressive experience (strategy, analytics, operational excellence, project management, or business transformation), including strong project management.
- Strong end-to-end strategic business planning understanding.
- Deep Orthopaedics business knowledge (field operations and go-to-market models).
- Ability to translate strategic vision into executable strategy; translate complex topics into workable solutions.
- Strong communication/influencing across senior levels and geographies; autonomous initiative.

Preferred
- Management consulting/corporate strategy experience; Commercial, Finance, or Value Stream experience; external vendor/consultant partnering; strong analytical/problem-solving; executive-level presentation.

Other
- Travel: up to 20% (domestic, occasional international). English required.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, FPX, or similar.
