Job Overview:
Sr. Manager, Strategic Process leads strategic planning and portfolio strategy within Strategy & Transformation (Supply Chain & Operations). Partners with commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, and finance to shape long-range portfolio strategies, evaluate investment priorities, and translate market insights into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate franchise and portfolio strategy development activities; deliver long-range portfolio plans (LRPP).
- Assess critical portfolio changes and moves and implications for profitability & cashflow.
- Drive process integration and handoffs across LRFP, LRPP, Strategic Capacity Management, and IBP.
- Bridge Supply Chain and Commercial Marketing, Commercial Finance, Platform Leadership, and external stakeholders to gather inputs and align priorities.
- Develop and present insights/recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional governance forums.
- Align global strategy with regional execution; ensure measurable outcomes.
- Support annual strategic planning, operating plan, and budget cycles.
- Track performance vs. strategic objectives and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
- 8–10 years progressive experience (strategy, analytics, operational excellence, project management, or business transformation), including strong project management.
- Strong end-to-end strategic business planning; deep Orthopaedics business understanding (field operations and GTM models).
- Experience engaging business/technology partners for data needs and long-term strategic foresight.
- Ability to define strategic vision and translate into executable strategy; translate complex topics into simple solutions.
- Strong communication/influencing across senior leadership and geographies; high initiative and autonomy.

Preferred:
- Management consulting/corporate strategy background; Commercial/Finance/Value Stream experience.
- Experience with external vendors/consultants.
- Analytical problem-solving; executive-level communication/presentation.

Other:
- Travel up to 20%; English required.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, FPX, or similar.
