Sr. Manager, Statistics

Role: Senior Manager, Statistics at Takeda in Cambridge, MA, supporting oncology clinical trial analysis and interpretation. Responsibilities: provide statistical expertise for study design, analysis, and regulatory submissions; develop and review statistical documents; oversee analysis activities and ensure quality and timeliness; implement innovative statistical methods. Requirements: Ph.D. in Mathematics, Biostatistics, or related field; 1+ year experience with clinical trial designs, complex analytical methods, and statistical programming (SAS, R, etc.); strong knowledge of FDA/ICH regulations; experience with SDTM/ADaM standards. Preferred: familiarity with pharmaceutical industry data standards and regulatory processes.
