Sr. Manager ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Governance

Role: Senior Manager for ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Governance, overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of Legend Biotech's CMDB and IT Asset Management processes. Key responsibilities include managing the CMDB lifecycle with automated device discovery via Microsoft Intune Graph API, governing CI classes, hardware assets, and ensuring data quality and reconciliation. The role involves administering CMDB data models, CI classification, discovery, and integration with various platforms, with a focus on automating workflows to improve scalability and reliability. Responsibilities extend to hardware asset lifecycle management within ServiceNow, supporting compliance and audit readiness, and maintaining integrations such as Intune, Entra ID, and REST APIs. The position requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, scripting, API design, and experience with endpoint management tools like Intune and management of hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Identity and Security, is essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in IT or related field, 8-12 years of IT experience with 3-5 years in enterprise-level asset and configuration management, ServiceNow certifications, and strong knowledge of API and integration tools. Preferred skills encompass experience supporting regulated environments, Power BI, and additional cloud or HR systems. The role is based in Bridgewater, NJ, with a focus on establishing a trusted governance foundation, ensuring data accuracy for GxP, audit, and regulatory standards, and providing strategic advice on platform best practices.
