Position Summary
As a ServiceNow Administrator, design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow technical architecture; collaborate with stakeholders and IT to implement solutions that enhance the platform and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead ServiceNow initiatives end-to-end as business partner and technical architect.
- Gather requirements and translate into Agile stories with clear acceptance criteria for offshore development.
- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions across GRC, SecOps, and Legal Service Delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and handle day-to-day escalations.
- Partner with OneTrust to translate privacy workflows into ServiceNow Privacy Management requirements.
- Ensure feature parity, capture acceptance criteria, and support knowledge transfer during migrations.
- Coordinate UAT and support change/release lifecycle management.
- Prepare/present delivery metrics, coordinate with vendors, and support resource planning.
- Communicate clearly; identify opportunities for improved architecture; self-directed mature decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent).
- 8+ years in IT Risk Management, GRC, Security Operations, or Compliance.
- Strong communication/collaboration; techno-functional ability to translate needs into Agile stories.
- Proficiency in 2+ (preferably 3) of: GRC, SecOps, Third-Party Risk, Privacy, Legal Service Delivery.
- Vulnerability management familiarity (e.g., Qualys, Wiz).
- Privacy Management tools experience (OneTrust or ServiceNow).
- Experience leading platform migration/consolidation.
- ServiceNow CSA or relevant certifications (CRISC, CISA, CISM).
- Experience in pharma/life sciences or similarly regulated industry.

Compensation Overview
Princeton, NJ: $135,320–$163,976 (plus potential incentive/stock based on eligibility).
