Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong business partnerships with stakeholders to provide comprehensive financial support.
- Lead planning and month-end close cycles for functional areas, ensuring accuracy and streamlined processes.
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, including functional expenses and resource reporting.
- Develop financial insights and create presentations to communicate conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct financial and resource modeling to support tactical/strategic decisions (e.g., business case development, cost analysis, sensitivity analysis).
- Drive key process improvement initiatives; proactively engage with Finance colleagues and business partners.
- Provide advice and training to business partners on budget management improvements.
- Lead, execute, or support ad hoc Finance and business network projects/initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years’ experience; OR Master’s degree + 6 years’ experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years FP&A with increasing scope/responsibility.
- Month-end close and management reporting experience (e.g., JE prep/analysis/commentary, budget-vs-actuals).
- Financial planning experience across OPEX and headcount management; forecasting methods.
- Advanced AI tools + Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP, SAC-P, Analysis for Office (a plus). BS/BA required; MBA or CPA a plus.
- R&D finance/biotech/pharma experience (a plus).

Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary range: $157,590.00 - $203,940.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
