Position Summary:
Sr. Manager, R&D AI Solutions & Analytics. Design, develop, and scale analytics and AI solutions to strengthen decision-making, optimize clinical development operations, and deliver actionable portfolio insights. Partner with R&D leaders, Digital/IT teams, and external vendors to deliver analytics products, dashboards, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver analytics and AI-enabled solutions for Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Portfolio Strategy, and broader R&D.
- Develop and scale dashboards, operational metrics, and analytics products to improve visibility into clinical/operational performance.
- Support implementation/expansion of AI-powered use cases (clinical operations copilots, enrollment analytics, workflow automation, decision-support tools).
- Translate high-value R&D business opportunities into analytics/AI solutions with stakeholders.
- Contribute to rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and innovation initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement via performance measurement and user feedback.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 6+ years developing and operationalizing analytics or AI-enabled solutions in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulatory healthcare.
- Hands-on experience building analytics data products, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Experience in regulated R&D environments (clinical, safety, or regulatory data).
- Working knowledge of CDISC and FHIR.
- Experience applying analytics in biopharma/healthcare/technology.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated): Discretionary bonus and equity awards; $134,000—$167,000 USD salary range; medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, equity, PTO, sick time, paid parental leave, tuition assistance.
