Position Summary:
Sr. Manager, R&D AI Solutions & Analytics—design, develop, and scale AI-enabled analytics to strengthen decision-making, optimize clinical development operations, and deliver actionable R&D portfolio insights.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver analytics and AI-enabled solutions for Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Portfolio Strategy, and broader R&D functions
- Develop and scale dashboards, operational metrics, and analytics products to improve visibility into clinical/operational performance
- Implement and expand AI-powered use cases (e.g., clinical operations copilots, enrollment analytics, workflow automation, decision-support tools)
- Translate high-value R&D business opportunities into analytics/AI solutions with key stakeholders
- Lead rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and innovation initiatives aligned to enterprise R&D priorities
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement through performance measurement and user feedback

Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or related field
- 6+ years developing and operationalizing analytics or AI-enabled solutions in pharma/biotech/regulated healthcare
- Hands-on experience building analytics data products, dashboards, and decision-support tools
- Experience in regulated R&D environments with clinical/safety/regulatory data
- Working knowledge of CDISC and FHIR
- Experience applying analytics in R&D-intensive industries (biopharma/healthcare/technology)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
