Role: Senior Organizational Project Manager supporting Alcon R&D, responsible for translating enterprise and R&D priorities into actionable roadmaps, governance routines, and sustainable outcomes. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional strategic initiatives from inception through execution, partner engagement, developing project documentation, driving project standards, facilitating governance forums, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting change management and adoption strategies. The role also involves supporting AI and digital transformation initiatives, fostering continuous improvement, and coaching project teams in project and change management practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience and 5 years of leadership; fluency in English; experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred. Additional qualifications: formal project management or change management certifications (e.g., PMI, PROSCI), Lean Six Sigma, and experience with digital transformation, workflow redesign, and process improvement. High-value: focus on strategic initiatives within a regulated industry, supporting digital and AI-enabled transformations, stakeholder engagement, and governance routines. Work setup: on-site in Fort Worth, Texas, with travel up to 5%, no sponsorship.
