Sr Manager, Programming Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement

Role: Senior Manager, Programming Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement, supporting clinical data analysis and automation within biopharma R&D. Responsibilities: develop and optimize R-based tools for accelerating clinical analytics, automate data reporting processes, identify and implement new analytics technologies, lead project execution including proof-of-concept designs, and ensure data integrity and compliance with CSV and GxP standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related; 8+ years in statistical programming/clinical analytics, with strong R proficiency, familiarity with CDISC standards, and experience in software engineering practices and cloud platforms. Preferred: experience with SAS, Python, macros, utilities, and platform validation. High-Value: focus on clinical trial data, automation, and analytics platform strategy.
