Senior Manager, People Analytics Insight Partner (Foster City, CA)

What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior HR, executive, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into well-designed analyses and actionable insights.
- Own end-to-end analytic consulting: question framing, study design, analysis, narrative development, and executive influence.
- Design analytics processes and products that deliver consistent, high-quality enterprise insights.
- Integrate and analyze complex datasets using methods such as survival analysis, text analysis, and advanced survey analytics.
- Evaluate the impact of programs, decisions, and external events on employee sentiment, behavior, and outcomes.
- Craft data-driven narratives that surface key dynamics, tradeoffs, and implications for senior audiences.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS with 8+ years relevant experience, or MS with 6+ years relevant experience.
- Experience in people/HR analytics, business analytics, industrial/organizational psychology, consulting, or related field.
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous business questions into rigorous, decision-ready analyses.
- Integrity and commitment to respecting employee data.
- Analytical mindset (metrics/statistics, visualization, survey methodology, data management, etc.); emphasis on accurate, replicable, understandable analyses.
- Strong communication of complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work onsite at least three days per week in Foster City, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Python, R, ThoughtSpot, AWS, Workday, and/or Tableau.
- Experience with AI applications or advanced statistical methods (e.g., latent growth curve modeling).
- Deep experience partnering with HR, executives, or consulting clients in complex organizations.
Benefits
- Salary range: $182,070.00 - $235,620.00.
- May be eligible for discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits package (company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans).
