Senior Manager, People Analytics Insight Partner (Foster City, CA)
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior HR/executive/cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into well-designed analyses and actionable insights.
- Lead end-to-end analytic consulting: question framing, study design, analysis, narrative development, and executive influence.
- Design analytics processes/products for consistent, high-quality enterprise insights.
- Integrate/analyze complex datasets (e.g., survival analysis, text analysis, advanced survey analytics).
- Evaluate impact of programs/decisions/external events on employee sentiment, behavior, and outcomes.
- Create data-driven narratives highlighting dynamics, tradeoffs, and implications for senior audiences.
- People leader accountabilities: Create Inclusion; Develop Talent; Empower Teams.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS with 8+ years relevant experience, or 6+ years with a master’s.
- Experience in people/HR analytics, business analytics, I/O psychology, consulting, or related field.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into rigorous, decision-ready analyses.
- Strong analytical mindset (metrics/statistics, visualization, survey methodology, data management).
- Excellent communication, organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Onsite at least 3 days/week in Foster City, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Python, R, ThoughtSpot, AWS, Workday, and/or Tableau.
- AI applications/advanced statistical methods (e.g., latent growth curve modeling).
- Deep experience partnering with HR, executives, or consulting clients in complex organizations.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Salary range: $182,070.00–$235,620.00; may include discretionary bonus/stock incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
