Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with Braftovi/Mektovi brand leadership to shape long-range brand strategy (growth drivers, lifecycle opportunities, competitive positioning, strategic imperatives).
- Serve as integrated insights/strategy lead by synthesizing forecasts, market research, secondary analytics, and competitive intelligence into a single narrative for senior leadership.
- Frame and lead strategic deep-dives on critical business questions (competitive response, label expansion, line-of-therapy dynamics, market shaping) with structured frameworks and recommendations.
- Develop and implement complex forecasting models to produce unbiased short- and long-term regional/global revenue forecasts for in-market clinical-stage products/programs; triangulate approaches and evaluate risk.
- Identify information needs and source insights cross-functionally (pricing with Global Value Access; gross-to-net with Finance; performance with PAI/DS; market share with Market Research).
- Synthesize and present forecast/implications timely; communicate trade-offs and continuously refine assumptions based on performance vs. forecast.
- Align stakeholders on forecast assumptions; support executive approval.
- Provide annual revenue forecasts for corporate processes; coordinate national sales force goals; translate demand forecasts to manufacturing production and SKUs.
- Track forecast accuracy and assumptions; actualize models quarterly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful insights; manage RFPs/bids/contracts for outside forecast/commercial data partners.
- Partner with other CMO functional areas to share knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; science/business preferred. 6+ years’ experience OR MS/MBA with 5+ years.
- 3+ years in biopharma (market research/analytics/forecasting) and/or management consulting with sophisticated forecasting expertise; advanced degree may substitute for some experience.
- Understanding of pharma development/commercialization and competitive dynamics.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Cross-functional influence in matrix environment; excellent communication/presentation; self-starter.
- Experience building Excel-based models and conducting quantitative analysis; demonstrated leadership (influence, coaching, guiding teams).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology experience.
- Experience in commercial strategy/brand planning/strategic consulting with clear recommendations.
- 7+ years insights generation in biopharma and/or consulting.
- Experience building oncology sales forecasts using multiple methodologies.
- Ability to work with large datasets (e.g., Snowflake SQL).
- Comfort presenting to senior management; manage ambiguity.
- Comfort using AI to improve forecast accuracy/efficiency.
