Role Responsibilities
- Partner with Braftovi/Mektovi brand leadership to shape long-range brand strategy, including growth drivers, lifecycle opportunities, competitive positioning, and strategic imperatives.
- Serve as integrated insights/strategy lead, synthesizing forecasts, market research, secondary analytics, and competitive intelligence into an actionable strategic narrative.
- Lead strategic deep-dives on critical business questions (competitive response, label expansion, line-of-therapy dynamics, market shaping) with structured frameworks and recommendations.
- Develop and implement complex models to generate unbiased short- and long-term regional/global revenue forecasts; triangulate opportunities, address key questions, and evaluate risk.
- Identify information needs for forecasting models; collaborate cross-functionally on pricing, gross-to-net factors, current performance, and market share projections.
- Synthesize and present forecast and implications to stakeholders; weigh and communicate trade-offs.
- Fine-tune forecast assumptions using performance vs. forecast; ensure timely communication.
- Align stakeholders on sources for assumptions; support executive approval of assumptions/outputs.
- Provide annual revenue forecasts for corporate processes; support national sales force goal setting.
- Translate demand forecasts into production/stockkeeping schedules with Manufacturing; track forecast accuracy and assumptions; actualize models quarterly.
- Manage RFPs and outside forecast/commercial data partners.
- Share knowledge across CMO functional areas.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (science/business preferred). 6+ years’ experience OR MS/MBA with 5+ years.
- 3+ years in biopharmaceutical market research/analytics/forecasting and/or management consulting with sophisticated forecasting expertise (advanced degree may substitute).
- Understanding of pharma development/commercialization and competitive dynamics.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills; cross-functional influence in matrix environments.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation; self-starter.
- Experience building Excel-based models and conducting quantitative analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology experience strongly preferred.
- 7+ years in insights generation (biopharma and/or consulting) with forecasting expertise.
- Experience building oncology sales forecasts using multiple methodologies (e.g., epidemiology, statistical/trend-based).
- Snowflake SQL or ability to manipulate large datasets.
- Comfort presenting to senior management; manage ambiguity; use AI to improve forecast accuracy/efficiency.
