Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with brand leadership to shape long-range brand strategy (growth drivers, lifecycle opportunities, competitive positioning).
- Lead integrated insights/strategy: synthesize forecasts, market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence into an actionable narrative.
- Lead strategic deep-dives on key business questions; bring structured frameworks and recommendations.
- Develop and implement complex models to produce objective short- and long-term regional/global revenue forecasts; use multiple approaches to triangulate opportunities and assess risk.
- Identify and source inputs for forecasting (pricing, gross-to-net, current performance, market share projections) and fine-tune assumptions vs. performance.
- Present forecast implications to stakeholders; align teams on insight sources; support executive approval of assumptions/outputs.
- Provide annual revenue forecasts; support national sales force goal setting.
- Translate demand forecasts into production/stock schedules with Manufacturing.
- Track forecast accuracy; actualize models quarterly.
- Manage RFPs and external forecasting/commercial data partner bids; review partner performance vs. budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (science/business preferred). 6+ yearsβ experience or MS/MBA with 5+ years.
- 3+ years biopharma (market research/analytics/forecasting) and/or management consulting; advanced degree may substitute.
- Knowledge of pharma development/commercialization and competitive dynamics.
- Strong analytics, strategic thinking, project management, matrix influence, and communication.
- Experience building Excel-based models and quantitative analysis; leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology experience; 7+ years in insights/forecasting/consulting.
- Experience creating oncology sales forecasts using multiple methodologies; advanced data/tool skills (e.g., Snowflake SQL).
- Comfort presenting to senior management; manage ambiguity; AI use for forecast efficiency.
Work Conditions/Compensation:
- Relocation support available. Travel up to 5β10% to NYHQ. Hybrid work.
- Base salary $124,400β$207,400; bonus target 17.5%; eligible long-term incentive; comprehensive benefits (401(k) with match, retirement contribution, leave, and health coverage).
