Senior Manager, Oncology Forecasting & Insights

Role Responsibilities
- Partner with brand leadership to shape long-range brand strategy (growth drivers, lifecycle opportunities, competitive positioning, strategic imperatives).
- Synthesize forecasts, market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategic narratives.
- Lead deep-dives on critical business questions (competitive response, label expansion, line-of-therapy dynamics, market shaping).
- Develop and implement complex models to produce unbiased regional/global short- and long-term revenue forecasts; use multiple forecasting approaches to assess opportunities and risks.
- Identify and source inputs for forecasting models (pricing, gross-to-net, current performance, market share projections) and refine assumptions based on performance.
- Present forecasts and implications to stakeholders; align stakeholders on assumptions and support executive approval.
- Provide annual revenue forecasts; set national sales force goals; translate demand forecasts to manufacturing and SKUs.
- Track forecast accuracy/assumptions; actualize models quarterly.
- Coordinate cross-functionally; manage RFPs, outside forecast/commercial data partners, and performance/budget reviews.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s required (science/business preferred) with 6+ years’ experience or MS/MBA with 5+ years.
- 3+ years biopharma (market research/analytics/forecasting) and/or management consulting with advanced forecasting expertise.
- Knowledge of pharma development/commercialization and competitive dynamics.
- Strong analytics, strategic thinking, project management, cross-functional influence.
- Excellent communication and Excel-based modeling/quantitative analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology experience.
- 7+ years insights generation; oncology sales forecasting across multiple methodologies.
- Strong data manipulation (e.g., Snowflake SQL), senior leadership presentation, comfort with ambiguity/AI-assisted forecasting.

Relocation support available; travel to NYHQ up to 5–10%; Hybrid.

Compensation/Benefits (summary): Base salary $124,400–$207,400; eligible for bonus (17.5% target) and long-term incentive; 401(k) with match, retirement contribution, paid time off, caregiver/parental/medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
