Role Responsibilities
- Partner with brand leadership to shape long-range brand strategy (growth drivers, lifecycle opportunities, competitive positioning, strategic imperatives).
- Lead integrated insights/strategy for the brand team; synthesize forecasts, market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence into an actionable narrative.
- Frame and lead strategic deep-dives on critical business questions; deliver structured frameworks and recommendations.
- Build and implement complex forecasting models to produce unbiased short- and long-term regional/global revenue forecasts for in-market clinical-stage products/programs; triangulate opportunity and evaluate risk.
- Identify forecasting information needs and coordinate sources (pricing with Global Value Access, gross-to-net with Finance, current performance with PAI/DS, market share with Market Research).
- Present forecast outputs and implications timely; refine assumptions based on performance.
- Align stakeholders on insight sources/assumptions; support executive approval; provide annual revenue forecasts for corporate processes.
- Coordinate national sales force goals; translate demand forecasts into production/stock schedules.
- Track forecast accuracy/assumptions; update models quarterly.
- Manage RFPs, bids, and outside forecast/commercial data partners.
- Partner across CMO functional areas to share knowledge.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s required (science/business preferred) OR MS/MBA; 6+ years (or 5+ with MS/MBA).
- 3+ years biopharma (market research/analytics/forecasting) or management consulting with sophisticated forecasting methods.
- Pharma development/commercialization knowledge and industry competitive dynamics.
- Strong analytics, strategic thinking, project management; cross-functional influence.
- Excellent communication; self-starter; Excel-based modeling/quantitative analysis; leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology experience; 7+ years insights/forecasting/consulting.
- Commercial strategy/brand planning/strategic consulting; multi-method oncology sales forecasting.
- Snowflake SQL or large-data capability; senior leadership presentation; manage ambiguity; AI-assisted forecasting.

- Base salary: $124,400–$207,400; bonus target 17.5%; eligible for long-term incentives.
