Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with brand leadership to shape long-range brand strategy (growth drivers, lifecycle opportunities, competitive positioning, strategic imperatives).
- Lead integrated insights/strategy for brand team; synthesize forecasts, market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence into a strategic narrative.
- Lead strategic deep-dives on key business questions (competitive response, label expansion, line-of-therapy dynamics, market shaping).
- Develop and implement complex forecasting models to produce unbiased short- and long-term regional/global revenue forecasts for in-market and clinical-stage products; use multiple approaches to triangulate opportunities and evaluate risks.
- Identify and coordinate data/insight sources for models (pricing, gross-to-net, performance, market share).
- Present forecast results and implications timely; refine assumptions based on performance vs. forecast.
- Align stakeholders on forecast assumptions; support executive approval.
- Provide annual revenue forecasts; support national sales force goals; translate demand to production/stock schedules.
- Track forecast accuracy/assumptions; update models quarterly.
- Manage RFPs and outside forecast/commercial data partners.
- Partner with other CMO functional areas to share knowledge.

Qualifications (Basic):
- Bachelor’s required (science/business preferred); 6+ years experience or MS/MBA with 5+ years.
- 3+ years biopharma (market research/analytics/forecasting) and/or management consulting with advanced forecasting methods (advanced degree may substitute).
- Understanding of pharma development/commercialization and competitive dynamics.
- Strong analytics, strategic thinking, and project management; cross-functional influence in matrix.
- Excellent communication; self-starter.
- Experience building Excel-based models and quantitative analysis; leadership/ability to coach.

Preferred:
- Oncology experience.
- 7+ years insights/forecasting and/or consulting.
- Oncology forecasting using multiple methodologies; advanced data handling (e.g., Snowflake SQL).
- Senior leadership presentation; manage ambiguity; AI use to improve forecasting efficiency/accuracy.

Benefits/Work Details (as stated): Relocation support available; Hybrid; Travel 5–10% to NYHQ; Base salary $124,400–$207,400; bonus target 17.5% + long-term incentive eligibility; 401(k) with match and retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental leave; medical/dental/vision coverage.
