Sr. Manager, MedTech Technology Product Lifecycle Management Platform

Role: Senior Manager, MedTech Technology Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Platform, responsible for vision, strategy, and delivery of the global PLM platform to enhance MedTech R&D processes. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end platform lifecycle including technical strategy, prioritize features, drive AI-driven and data-centric lifecycle processes, ensure scalability, reliability, and standardization; collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee platform integration within enterprise architecture; manage budgets, compliance, and team performance; lead incident management and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of progressively senior experience in PLM, product development, and technical leadership. Skills: expertise in PLM systems (notably PTC Windchill, ThingWorx), product development lifecycle, SAFe, vendor management, cloud-native solutions, and AI fluency.
