Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day promotional review committee (PRC) operations: schedule/facilitate PRC meetings, support PRC effectiveness, reinforce PRC processes, manage Veeva workflows (submissions, QC, approvals, expirations, reporting), perform quality control checks, and conduct PRC onboarding/training.
- Support regulatory operations for promotional material submissions to FDA/OPDP (2253 and subpart H preclearance).
- Support operational workstreams including print vendor/fulfillment, Veeva CRM platform, budget management, and field collaboration.
- Implement and improve systems, platforms, and processes to support cross-functional teams; identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Elevate, oversee, and continuously improve the commercial operations function.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Field Teams, Market Access, agencies, and vendors.
- Manage multiple vendor/agency partners to drive workstreams, ensure appropriate resource allocation, and deliver on time within financial constraints.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 7+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing and/or operations experience.
- Direct experience with promotional review committee operations (Veeva Vault/PromoMats).
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in smaller company/team environments is a plus.
