Senior Manager, IT Quality

Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate procedures across IT operations and projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop an IT Quality team (supervise managers and principal engineers).
- Design and implement automation solutions and digital tools to streamline Software Lifecycle (SLC) activities, reduce manual effort, and accelerate compliant delivery.
- Architect/oversee validation strategy and enterprise policy framework development; harmonize quality processes.
- Provide enterprise audit/inspection support: audit defense, responses to inspection findings, and CAPA deployment/closure.
- Optimize vendor documentation use, partner management, and contract oversight to ensure deliverables and SLA compliance.
- Use metrics/KPIs/dashboards to monitor IT system health, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify automation and technology adoption opportunities to improve efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and audit readiness.
- Engage cross-functional partners and stakeholders to advance quality initiatives and strategic technology investments.
- Standardize best practices/templates, promote lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s (8 yrs), Masterโ€™s (7 yrs), or PhD (3 yrs).
- Experience in SQA, CSV, investigations, and/or auditing.
- 2+ years people management/supervisory experience.
- Expertise in regulatory assurance, process improvement, enterprise risk management, automation, validation strategy, and leading audit/inspection responses.
- Ability to develop/execute policy frameworks, validation strategies, and enterprise process harmonization.
- Advanced technology acumen (cloud, automated testing, AI/ML, quality analytics, CSA).
- Experience with cross-functional teams and vendor/partner/contract/resource/budget management.
- Strong communication/influencing skills with executives, regulators, and stakeholders.

Preferred:
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
