Sr. Manager - IT Commercial and Medical Systems

Role: Senior Manager, Commercial and Medical Systems at Genetix Biotherapeutics, leading IT and business stakeholder alignment for Commercial and Medical information systems to enable scalable, compliant, and data-driven capabilities supporting growth and patient outcomes. Responsibilities: develop multi-year capability roadmaps across CRM, customer data, reporting, websites, and medical info systems; serve as product owner for key platforms like Veeva Vault MedComms and MIC; advise on emerging trends such as AI, omnichannel engagement, and personalized medicine; drive process optimization using AI tools; manage platform lifecycle, upgrades, and vendor relationships; ensure security, compliance, and interoperability; and support day-to-day platform operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in IT, Data Sciences, Business, or Life Sciences; 4+ years supporting Commercial/Medical IT within biopharma; familiarity with CRM concepts (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), analytics (Power BI), and medical info systems; strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills; curiosity and aptitude for AI-driven learning. Preferred: Master’s degree, experience in regulated environments, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, change management, and ITIL.
