Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements gathering and needs analysis for global Medical Affairs functions
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and demand plans aligned to strategic priorities
- Drive business case development, prioritization, and resource planning for new initiatives
- Analyze current processes/systems and recommend improvements
- Act as IT Product Owner/Manager for Medical Affairs technology solutions
- Manage vendor deliverables; ensure quality and accountability
- Develop current/future state process flows, requirements, and use cases
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define functional and solution requirements
- Support RFP processes, vendor evaluations, contract readiness, and compliance assessments (Security, GxP)
- Facilitate global workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Define and oversee testing strategies, including UAT and issue resolution
- Support solution deployment, communications, training, and change management
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and value realization assessments
- Manage enhancements, defect resolution, and continuous improvement
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory, quality, and compliance standards
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver business outcomes
- Provide operational/sustainment leadership and issue resolution for in-scope systems
Minimum Required Education and Years of Experience:
- High School + 12 years OR Associate + 10 years OR Bachelorβs + 8 years OR Masterβs + 6 years OR Ph.D.
Preferred Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or related; strong enterprise IT experience
- Business systems analysis, planning, budgeting, resource coordination
- Medical Affairs domain experience; commercial domain (preferred)
- Business process engineering, product management, project delivery
- Integrations, cloud platforms, digital transformation (preferred)

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $169,320.00 - $219,120.00; may include discretionary bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
