Sr. Manager, IRT User Acceptance Testing

Role: Senior Manager overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IRT systems supporting clinical trials at Bristol Myers Squibb. Responsibilities: develop test strategies and plans, manage validation and UAT activities across multiple projects, ensure compliance with regulatory standards (cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ICH E6 R2), review and approve test deliverables, and mentor team members. Qualifications: BA/BS in life sciences, computer science, or management information; 8+ years of validation experience in clinical technologies, preferably with IVRS and electronic clinical supply management systems; strong understanding of drug development processes, regulatory requirements, SDLC, and vendor management. Preferred: experience with complex clinical studies, dynamic randomization, and adaptive trial designs. High-Value: focus on clinical trial systems validation, GxP compliance, and supporting study teams. Collaboration: liaises with internal teams and external vendors; limited travel may be required. Work Setup: office-based in Princeton, NJ, with an emphasis on on-site or hybrid work depending on role requirements.
