Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics will play a critical role within the US Lupus team. You will be a proactive strategic thought partner for the US Brand team, responsible for driving actionable insights and deep understanding of the customer, overall market, and competitive landscape in both systemic and cutaneous lupus. This role shapes the direction of the business and contributes to brand success, directly supporting the US Lupus brand team with foundational insights and a go-to-market roadmap for one pipeline asset across multiple indications. You will provide critical insights for informed decisions, enable competitive positioning, and drive strategic initiatives based on an insights-driven approach, partnering with commercial and marketing leadership to address key business problems and develop market research and analytical plans to support strategy development and launch planning.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key strategic thought partner for the marketing teams and go-to team member for insights
  • Develop and deploy innovative market research techniques to develop strategic customer insights and drive decision-making
  • Bring “voice of the customer” into focus to understand patients, HCPs, their experiences, treatment preferences, and needs
  • Analyze and synthesize market data (market research, specialty pharmacy, claims, etc.) and communicate insights in a business-oriented, concise manner
  • Inform and direct strategic analysis and recommendations for development and maintenance of key dashboards for strategic market and competitive insight to senior leadership
  • Assist in leading Integrated Customer Planning (ICP) and strategic budget planning for the Lupus Insights team, providing comprehensive customer and market insights to support strategy and resource investment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of patient/customer research experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-focused consulting
  • Strong project management experience—from defining needs to vendor proposals, fielding, readouts, synthesis, and presenting findings
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Excellent strategic thinking with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and structure deliverables
  • Driven, self-motivated, confident, high-energy individual
  • Experience working with a branded, consumer-facing product
  • Experience in Lupus Therapeutic Area or adjacent Auto-Immune space with Rheumatology or Dermatology customers is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Master’s Preferred
