Sr Manager, Industrial Engineering & Process Optimization

Role: Senior Manager, Process Optimization & Industrial Engineering, leading continuous improvement initiatives in high-throughput biomanufacturing. Responsibilities: analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, investigate quality issues, develop and prioritize improvement projects, build business cases for process or automation investments, design and validate process changes using industrial engineering tools, collaborate with Automation Engineering and Workforce Planning, establish KPIs, and ensure GxP compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering; 8–12+ years in industrial/continuous improvement; 3–5+ years in management or cross-functional leadership; experience in ISO 13485 or GxP-regulated environments; strong analytical skills (OEE, Cpk, takt time, cost modeling); hands-on with time-motion studies, line balancing, value stream mapping. Preferred: experience in biomanufacturing, biotechnology, or life sciences; proven success leading complex process optimization projects.
