Also responsible for team leadership, cross-functional stakeholder communication, and risk management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; 6+ years of global logistics experience, including 2+ years in management; proven expertise managing transportation networks, carrier performance, and regulated shipping compliance; strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include a Masterβs degree, experience with biological substance shipping, diagnostics or biotech logistics, and knowledge of global trade and GxP principles. The role is based in Boston, MA, and involves strategic leadership to ensure logistics performance, compliance, and resilience, supporting FMIβs patient-centric testing operations.
