Sr. Manager, Global Planning

Role: Lead clinical supply and operations planning for biopharma manufacturing, primarily supporting drug development programs. Responsibilities: develop manufacturing plans aligned with clinical development timelines, coordinate with internal teams (CMC, Process Sciences, QA, QC, Finance, Material Management), and external partners to ensure material availability and meet contractual supply needs. Contribute to scenario planning, troubleshoot supply chain issues, and oversee SAP master data integrity. Qualifications: Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Science, or related field with 5 years (or 8 years with Bachelor’s) experience in bioservices or biopharma supply chain roles. Demonstrated expertise in ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle), supply chain planning, data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and change management. Preferred: experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical development supply chain, and strategic planning. High-Value: supporting biologics or small molecule IND/NDAs, clinical trial phases, and manufacturing planning within regulated GxP environments. Location: Cambridge, MA, with no specified travel requirements.
