Summary:
Sr. Manager, Field Medical Analytics is the primary analytics partner and strategic advisor for senior medical affairs stakeholders across Oncology and Hematology. Accountable for driving complex analytics initiatives, leading a dedicated team, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights supporting Field Medical’s strategic priorities (CASA organization).

Responsibilities:
- Develop Field Medical Analytics strategy; translate data/insights into business solutions.
- Design and execute analytics initiatives across go-to-market strategy, field execution, and medical impact measurement.
- Serve as primary analytics partner/advisor to senior Field Medical/Medical Affairs stakeholders.
- Address novel analytics challenges globally/nationally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Analytics, Commercialization Analytics, Medical Excellence, Strategy & Operations).
- Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics to deliver intelligence on trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build performance measurement frameworks to improve field medical engagement and optimize go-to-market.
- Champion Generative AI/predictive analytics for MSL targeting, HCP engagement quality, and insight generation.
- Build/deploy AI-powered HCP segmentation/targeting (real-world data, claims, behavioral signals).
- Use NLP/Generative AI to synthesize unstructured data (literature, congress content, RWE).
- Develop AI-driven KOL/KEE identification/mapping; evaluate predictive omnichannel engagement models.
- Enable scalable AI/ML pipelines with IT/data engineering; monitor AI/analytics landscape and pilot tools.
- Lead/manage analytics teams and lead high-impact projects; build senior relationships and mentor talent.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in business analytics/medical affairs/commercial/clinical functions or data science; track record driving stakeholder decisions (medical affairs/field medical/commercialization/RWD preferred).
- Bachelor’s in quantitative/scientific discipline (Medical Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, etc.); Master’s/MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- Advanced hands-on predictive modeling and data science/AI in medical/field medical settings.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, machine learning; proven path from proof-of-concept to enterprise deployment.
- Experience a plus: field force performance analytics, targeting, segmentation.
- Strong strategic thinking, credibility/influence, relationship-building; willingness to travel; on-site location in BMS offices.
