Key Responsibilities:
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting of consumer digital performance for each brand to internal stakeholders and agency partners by translating data into insights and recommendations.
- Business owner of DTC Digital Performance Dashboards: design dashboards for brand reach with accurate, actionable, meaningful data visualizations; align cross-functionally to evolve dashboards in line with Omnichannel strategy and brand goals.
- Run ad hoc analysis to answer key business questions (e.g., inflight performance; impact of tests and optimizations).
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to create measurement plans with clear objectives aligned to each brand’s goals for cross-channel, within-channel, and campaign/tactic effectiveness.
- Support creation and delivery of presentations to stakeholders for brand planning/budgeting, competitive prep, launches, and key brand decisions.
- Explore and evaluate new data sources and platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics (biotech/pharma preferred).
- 4+ years of experience presenting analytics/insights to business end users.
- Strong communication, presentation, reasoning, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with data analytics, visualization, and interpretation.
- Ability to learn and apply new data sets and adapt to changes in technology/data.
