Role Overview
Senior Manager, Digital Workspace leads strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, productive digital workplace technologies, including workplace automation and ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise Digital Workspace strategy and own ServiceNow long-term roadmap.
- Serve as primary point of contact for ServiceNow initiatives and governance.
- Establish best practices, standards, and scalable architecture.
- Lead ServiceNow module design/development/implementation (ITSM, ITAM, HAM & SAM).
- Manage demand intake, prioritize backlogs, and deliver enhancements/projects.
- Partner across IT, HR, Security, SAP, and Operations to identify automation/workflow improvements.
- Architect ServiceNow integrations (e.g., Microsoft Entra, Intune, Workday, SAP, Snowflake, custom APIs).
- Direct CMDB data accuracy/integrity; integrate CMDB with ITSM processes (Incident/Change) and provide technical leadership.
- Deliver data-driven reporting/analytics and establish data governance.
- Partner with Security/Compliance for platform audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability remediation.
- Drive user-centric design, accessibility/usability/performance, change/version/release management, and automation/self-service.
- Manage ServiceNow relationship and MSP for licensing/cost optimization; evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in IT/CS/Business Admin or related.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA/CAD, CIS-ITSM/ITOM/GRC).
- ITIL v4 (or similar).
- 8β12 years IT experience; 3β5 years managing teams in end-user services/digital workspace (healthcare preferred).
- Experience with Intune/JAMF/SCCM; advanced Microsoft Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Exchange.
- Excel (pivot tables/macros), Power BI/data analysis.
- API experience (REST/GraphQL/SOAP/gRPC); Kafka/MQTT/sFTP a plus.
- Language: Mandarin.
