Sr. Manager, Development Platform

Role: Senior Manager, Development Platform responsible for leading and optimizing technology platforms supporting biopharma development functions. Objectives include ensuring platform security, compliance, scalability, and operational excellence through strategic planning and project execution. Responsibilities encompass managing platform development, delivery, enhancements, and support, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and security standards. The role involves overseeing platform performance, risk management, and continuous service improvement, with a focus on operational stability and user experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Science, or Engineering; 7+ years in IT or platform management roles, preferably within regulated environments like pharma, biotech, or healthcare. Experience with enterprise applications, project leadership, vendor management, and understanding of GxP, validation, cybersecurity, and data governance. Preferred: Master's degree, experience in systems lifecycle management, and supporting global, cross-functional teams. Travel involves 10–15% domestically and internationally. The role reports to the Senior Director, Portfolio Development Platform.
