Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of Culture & Inclusion to shape global culture and inclusion strategy.
- Drive innovative ideas and insights that advance organizational culture and belonging.
- Translate enterprise and HR priorities into actionable culture and inclusion initiatives to drive business results.
- Collaborate with the Culture & Inclusion team, HR colleagues, and Business Leaders to address culture and inclusion issues and mitigate risks.
- Lead the design and execution of global culture and inclusion initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Develop roadmaps, timelines, and success measures for high-quality execution.
- Balance global consistency with local relevance across regions.
- Establish operational cadences for planning, governance, and delivery.
- Create templates, toolkits, and frameworks to enable consistent execution at scale.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready materials, all-employee messaging, and briefing documents with HR communications.
- Plan and coordinate communications across diverse audiences.
- Build relationships with HR partners, regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Define and track metrics to assess effectiveness.

Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years of experience in culture, inclusion, HR, organizational effectiveness, communications, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with rigor.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and experience working across regions/time zones.
- Proven success influencing in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Excellent project management and communications planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Familiarity with culture measurement tools, engagement surveys, or change management methodologies.
- Experience supporting employee-led communities or enterprise-wide initiatives.

Benefits:
- Base compensation range: $129,000.00–$172,500.00
