Role Summary

The Senior Manager of Product Advertising Standards & Marketer Experience will drive operational excellence and strategic direction of our global creative ecosystem. This role is central to establishing and maintaining operational frameworks that ensure superior creative performance and excellence across our global creative standards.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketer Experience, Operations & Strategy, this colleague will drive transformational excellence by developing and overseeing creative standards and working with colleagues to ensure research methodologies are adopted and performance metrics are evaluated and tracked. Through hands-on operational leadership, this colleague will establish and maintain best-in-class creative governance processes while implementing systems that elevate creative performance.

This role combines day-to-day operational management with process optimization. Through these efforts the successful candidate will establish and maintain exceptional creative standards that drive consistent marketer experience, identify and unlock barriers that get in the way of optimal creative, while ensuring strong adoption of processes and standards across our global creative ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Process Management

Evolve the Creative Catalyst Pathway framework to optimize creative development review, and execution processes across consumer and HCP audiences for enhanced impact. Oversee Creative Catalyst Pathway processes oversee daily operations from creative brief to execution, ensuring quality, consistency and lessons learned are scaled across the organization. Implement and manage systematic approaches to capture and apply lessons learned across the organization.

Implementation & Quality Control

Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures and best practices. Establish and maintain quality metrics and performance dashboards for creative operations to enhance quality, consistency, and business impact. Ensure alignment with Pfizer's brand standards to ensure consistent one Pfizer approach.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with Product Advertising Leads (PALs) to ensure seamless operational experience for marketers across the Creative Catalyst Pathway – including Barrier Unlock projects. Orchestrate collaboration between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Analytics, Media, PR) and agency partners to drive efficiency, elevate creative output, and optimize creative workflows. Manage relationships with agency partners to ensure adherence to established processes and standards. Mentor and develop Associate team member while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications

Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in leading operations in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries. Track record of implementing and optimizing creative development processes across multiple stakeholder groups. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing standards and frameworks. Experience in workflow optimization and process improvement. Proficiency in project management and workflow tools. Knowledge of quality control and monitoring tools. Expertise in process documentation and standard operating procedures. Strong background in quality metrics and performance measurement. Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across global stakeholders. Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
