The Sr Manager, Congress Operations and Digital Health Communications is responsible for coordinating the execution of medical congress activities and managing the day-to-day activities related to the development and dissemination of digital medical scientific content.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage tactics to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely completion of all congress-related activities. Lead medical logistics meetings, maintain internal tools and trackers, manage individual workloads, prioritize tasks, notify the Scientific Communications team of potential risks or concerns, and support appropriate triage.
Collaborate with other members of the Scientific Communications team to manage the day-to-day activities associated with development and dissemination of digital medical scientific content, including virtual medical congress booths, and digital content associated with publications. This role may also provide support, as needed, for the development of podcasts, videos, website content, webinars, and digital interactives.
You are a “people person” with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently. You enjoy planning for and attending medical congresses.
