Responsibilities:
- Omni-channel analytics: Build and own analytics in collaboration with Marketing to understand marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements to marketing tactics.
- KPI reporting: Build and maintain intuitive, dynamic KPI dashboards in Tableau to answer executional, operational, and performance questions.
- Advanced analytics innovation: Propose innovative approaches to create additional value using existing/new data assets, technology platforms, and evolving AI capabilities.
- Senior leadership engagement: Support generation and delivery of monthly performance and insights reports to brand teams and senior leadership.
- Stakeholder collaboration and support: Collaborate across Commercial functions to deliver high-quality analytics and KPI insights that inform business actions.

Qualifications:
- BA or BS required; MS or MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of business intelligence/insights & analytics experience in pharma/biotech (consulting or in-house).
- Demonstrated proficiency developing complex dashboards in data visualization software (Tableau preferred).
- Preferred: Working knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, and SQL.
- Experience analyzing/visualizing data from commercial sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy dispense/status, specialty distributor, patient services, payer claims/formulary, CRM).
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

Preferred/Benefits/Application Instructions:
- Pay range: $170,000-$180,000 (compensation commensurate with experience).
