Sr. Manager, Clinical Data Management (Lead)

Role: Senior Clinical Data Manager leading data management activities within outsourced models for neurodegenerative disease trials. Responsibilities: oversee data collection, database setup, data cleaning, and quality assurance; ensure compliance with regulatory standards; direct CRO oversight; develop and approve key DM deliverables; support process improvements and team coaching; manage timelines and escalate issues as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's in science, health, or related field; 10+ years’ clinical data management experience in biotech/pharma; leadership experience with junior Data Management Leads; proficiency with Phase 1–4 trials, regulatory standards (ICH/FDA, CDISC, 21 CFR 11), database lifecycle, and clinical trial processes.
