Sr. Manager, Business Risk Management

Role: Senior Manager, Business Risk Management within R&D Operations supporting Innovative Medicine at Johnson & Johnson. Responsible for implementing risk management processes, tools, and practices across functional and study teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with drug development projects. Responsibilities include facilitating risk discussions, monitoring risk trends, supporting deployment of risk management technologies, and promoting a risk-aware culture. Requirements: BS degree (preferably in Business or Scientific discipline), at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, with in-depth understanding of drug development processes and risk management practices. Preferred skills include strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lead stakeholder engagement, and experience with portfolio or enterprise risk management. High-value specifics: Focus on innovative medicine development, supporting cross-functional study teams, with a global work setting (Europe or USA).
