Role Summary

Sr. Manager, Business Performance & Analytics - Biosimilars In-Line. The role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring the commercial success of biosimilar therapies by monitoring market dynamics, evaluating business performance, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for biosimilar products in the in-line portfolio.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide transparency into sales performance, market share, and competitive activity.
  • Business Analytics & Insights
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and payer analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that support marketing, sales, and pricing strategies.
  • Financial & Commercial Forecasting
  • Support the development of revenue forecasts and performance projections.
  • Partner with Finance to evaluate business performance against strategic goals and budgets.
  • Strategic Decision Support
  • Provide analytical support for commercial strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management decisions.
  • Model different market scenarios to assess potential business outcomes and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams to provide insights that enhance commercial execution.
  • Align business analytics with regulatory, compliance, and patient access requirements.
  • Process Optimization
  • Continuously evaluate data management and reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
  • Implement best practices in business performance tracking and predictive analytics.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations of business insights to senior management and cross-functional partners.
  • Provide recommendations that inform short-term tactics and long-term strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business analytics, commercial operations, business performance management, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, preferably oncology and/or biosimilars.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.
