Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the analytics partner to BIS business teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable BI solutions, including dashboards and reporting.
- Lead end-to-end development of dashboards/reporting solutions by eliciting, documenting, designing, building, and testing BI products in support of key customers and business initiatives.
- Drive BI product development through user experience and interface design, prototyping, development, and continuous improvement.
- Manage onshore/offshore resources through development, testing, and support of BI applications to ensure high-quality, timely delivery aligned to business needs.
- Partner with Commercial functions (Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services) and collaborate with Incyte IT as required to enable delivery.
- Develop operational procedures and oversee data pipelines and report refreshes to ensure timely, accurate dashboard delivery.

People Leadership Scope:
- Onshore/offshore development as a player coach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (required).
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (required), including querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
- Hands-on experience with data & analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI).
- Experience building intuitive business-facing Power BI dashboards (usability, performance, visual design).
- Experience with pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., IQVIA Xponent data, CRM, multi-channel engagement data).
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical experience (required).
- Proven ability to extract, articulate, and document report requirements.
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and internal partners to deliver on time and on budget.
- Intermediate technical understanding of data warehousing processing specific to the NA Business Unit.
- Strong customer service and communication skills across all organization levels.
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task; manage and/or participate in multiple simultaneous projects.
