Insights Generation & Strategic partnership
- Analyze and interpret multiple data sources (market research, surveys, social media listening) to deepen understanding of customer groups (pain points/expectations), market and competitive trends, and identify business opportunities.
- Partner with the US Alzheimer's brand team and senior stakeholders; translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making and strategy.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and adapt insights generation to different market realities.
- Provide input to reporting and data visualization to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Support brand planning and development of strategic roadmaps for a robust go-to-market strategy.

Market Research & Competitive Insight
- Lead US market research with the US Alzheimer's brand team; identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with Global insights on broader initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global Alzheimer's team in the Competitive Insights Process; translate data into insights and share broadly.
- Expertise in demand assessment, ATU, segmentation, field force effectiveness, behavioral-science-driven market research techniques, and US launch experience.

Driving Capabilities & Continuous Improvement
- Liaise with the brand team and senior stakeholders; collaborate with Business Intelligence & Operations and IT to develop capabilities supporting insights generation.
- Stay current on analytics tools/methodologies; evaluate and implement new technologies to improve insights generation.
- Foster internal learning through community engagement, supporting new ideas and sharing best practices and market trends.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of patient/customer research experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in market research (quant/qual, demand studies).
- Project management experience end-to-end (business need, vendor proposals, sampling guidance, field monitoring, readout planning, synthesis and communication).
- Strong communication skills translating analyses into actionable insights for business stakeholders (including senior leadership).
- Strategic thinking; ability to synthesize information and structure PowerPoint deliverables.
- Experience working with a branded, consumer-facing product.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Alzheimer’s therapeutic area or adjacent neuropsych customers.
