What We Are Looking For
Senior Learning Manager is a field-based role onboarding new commercial and medical customer-facing teams and elevating clinical knowledge, selling skills, and functional capabilities across US business units/assigned brands. May lead key home office projects; travel to Princeton Pike (Lawrenceville, NJ) 2–3 days/month. Company car not required.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate on performance-based standardized training and development processes.
- Co-develop/facilitate POA meetings, new hire classroom workshops, and training activities (Scientific Agility, Selling Skills/Customer engagement, Product & Disease State Knowledge, Insights Gathering, Business Analytics, some Above Brand).
- Assess/update/maintain onboarding curriculum pathways.
- Streamline and align training delivery across therapeutic areas/indications.
- Assign curricula via Learning Experience Platform (MyLearning) with Project Managers/Enterprise Learning.
- Lead verbal validations/certifications and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Manage preceptors (NSTs/DSTs) to deliver key projects and equip them to deliver curricula.
- Assess/analyze training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Apply adult learning principles and learning measurement methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 5–7+ years Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience required.
- Therapeutic area or training experience highly preferred.
- Matrix team experience; track record developing self/others.
- Presentation/facilitation experience; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Create/communicate new-hire strategic learning plans/curricula.
- Travel for meetings/training initiatives.
- Proficient Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); AI applications (ChatGPT, MS Co-Pilot, Claude).

Compensation & Benefits
- US Field: $148,750–$180,250.
