Sr. Lead Biostatistician - Oncology Evidence Generation

Role: Senior Lead Biostatistician focusing on oncology evidence generation, supporting observational studies, registries, and real-world evidence in minimal residual disease (MRD) and biomarker-driven research. Responsibilities: lead study design, statistical analysis, and execution across multiple programs; develop analysis strategies, sample size calculations, and statistical analysis plans; perform complex data analyses (e.g., regression, survival analysis); communicate results to cross-functional teams and external collaborators; contribute to scientific publications and presentations. Requirements: MS in Biostatistics or related field; 6+ years in clinical biostatistics within biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare; 5+ years programming in R/SAS; 3+ years supporting observational and assay validation studies; experience managing multiple studies independently. Preferred: PhD; 3+ years in oncology or biomarker research; real-world data expertise; experience with genomics/NGS assays and regulatory documentation; previous publication record.
