The Position
Driven by a customer-centric mindset, the Sr. IT Product Manager leads the development of innovative IT solutions in the consumer and patient engagement space.

Relationships
- Reports to a manager in the USO DD& IT Organization.
- Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and technology partners; aligns priorities and manages expectations.

Essential Functions
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into product strategies.
- Build, prioritize, and maintain the Program Backlog.
- Track leading indicators and account for business cases.
- Monitor progress for quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure product viability and value delivery.
- Understand delivery drivers to enable prioritization and content elaboration.
- Coordinate dependencies with other Product Managers, external stakeholders, and Agile teams.
- Handle/mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Ensure Business Owner collaboration and reporting.
- Ensure feature delivery to Definition of Done; accept features during PI.
- Define acceptance criteria and support testing to ensure quality.
- Coordinate releases and ensure organizational readiness.
- Understand and prioritize โ€œtechnical enabler workโ€ with the ART and stakeholders.

Physical Requirements
- 0โ€“10% overnight travel.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 8+ years in business, information systems, computer science, or related field (preferred).
- 8+ years experience in IT or innovation.
- Experience leading large initiatives across multiple business functions (required).
- 1+ year Agile methodology experience (preferred).
- Strong product/roadmap business insight.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, or similar (preferred).
- Communicate vision, translate strategy into priorities, make bold decisions, seek innovative solutions, drive outcomes, adapt to change, hold self/others accountable, delegate/empower, simplify complexity, navigate a global organization.
