Role Summary

Sr. IT Organizational Change Management Specialist (Cork, Ireland or Raleigh, North Carolina, USA) within IT Customer Success and Enablement (CSE) to drive internal customer success and technology enablement, minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience. Plan and implement organizational change management, communications and learning activities to support adoption and satisfaction with enterprise-wide IT change initiatives and technology offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Supports change management strategies and work plans for multiple internal technology projects and product offerings in IT as required.
  • Promotes the organizational change management discipline and work plans for project initiatives; implements related processes and procedures and various tactics (readiness assessments, targeted surveys, early adopters program, targeted communications) to ensure structured completion of plans/deliverables.
  • Creates communications strategy, plan and timeline; collaborates with leaders, peers and IT contacts to align messages with strategic intent; writes, reviews, and delivers communications outlined in the IT CSE plan.
  • Identifies potential risks and resistance, and works with leaders/stakeholders to develop plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Supports development of actionable change management plans – including communication, sponsor roadmap, management coaching plan, learning plan, listening and measurement, and other areas as required.
  • Maintains systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes; contributes to improvements to tracking systems and tools.
  • Creates, recommends, and enables reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the IT CSE team’s deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant years of organizational change management, project management and communications experience in a technology function (EU-Cork) or extensive experience (US-Raleigh).
  • Preferred: knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci certification preferred).
