Sr Information Technology Operations Analyst

Role: Senior Analyst, IT Operations Management supporting R&pD-IT, ensuring reliable service delivery, operational stability, and compliance in a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities: execute core IT processes (system maintenance, patching, asset management), maintain audit-ready documentation, support process improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, vendors), and provide operational analytics and end-user support. Requirements: 5+ years in IT operations or service delivery, bachelor’s in IT or related field, experience in regulated (GxP preferred) and LabIT environments. Skills: proficiency with ServiceNow, monitoring, reporting, basic automation, strong communication, and analytical skills. Domain: IT operational lifecycle, controls, compliance, incident/problem management, ITIL familiarity. Preferred: ITIL certification. Work setup: onsite at Tarrytown, NY (4 days/week).
